Our occassional technic reviewer Peer Kreuger (mahjqa) doesn’t just know about technic, he’s a dab hand at building it. Drawing inspiration from the Metal Slug computer games and his own omniwheels he’s created the crazy remote controlled Metal Grudge. And to really take it to the next level he’s used camera cars to get action shots like the one above. Much more fun than a computer game.

Space Marines!
Jerac has built some fantastic renditions of Warhammer 40K space marines. He’s built several marines, and given them a matching Landspeeder and Drednaught. I’m especially impressed with the way he came up with to render the trademark oversized space marine shoulder pauldrons.
Micro StarCraft multiplayer map celebrates release of StarCraft II
This stop-motion video by Alex Kobbs captures so many classic moments from StarCraft that I don’t know which is my favorite.
My copy of Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty is in the mail, and Alex’s video just heightens the anticipation.
A new dimension of RPG
Bo King Wang (CREATION K.O Creation) thinks outside the 8-bit box and creates a 3D RPG battle depicting a band of heroes taking down an evil sorceress and her monster. The back panels feature two additional scenes that are also worth checking out. See them all in the gallery on Flickr.

Lego Halo pistol makes me wonder if it has 2X zoom
The M6D Pistol is a favorite weapon of many Halo players back in the days of Halo: Combat Evolved. This life-sized rendition by Robo-Man is best I’ve seen. I particularly like the SNOT details and the utilization of studs on the grip.
