This sleek pirate starfighter is coming for you and yours. You’ve been warned. LegoDrome unleashed it. Blame him.

Kirino Kousaka
It never ceases to amaze me when a builder is able to so accurately portray people, characters and such. TKH did an excellent job of that with this creation, posted last weekend. I’m not an anime fan but this is good.
Dragon is Hawt
This red-footed dragon, by Mike Nieves is smoking hot. The use of Hero Factory pieces is superb and the articulation really gives it an “alive” look.
Lego Trump International Hotel and Tower
Sean Kenney recently built a 10 feet tall model of the Trump International Hotel and Tower with 65,000 Lego pieces. Different from other skyscraper sculptures I’ve seen, this one simulates the effect of the reflective glass on the actual building. This was achieved by building a pattern of the reflected skyline inside the transparent “glass” bricks. The illusion is simply stunning.
See more details and the techniques used on MOCpages. The model is on permanent display in the Chicago Lego store.
Lego monster truck jumps the shark
Vimal Patel’s (vmln8r) Lego monster truck does all that a monster truck can do, including jumping the shark, crashing through brick walls, and smashing cars.
Blade Roller
This police tank posted recently by Lord Dane on flickr packs all the right angles. It features an unusual arrangement of wheels, some clever details (that gun is so simple, but so nice) and a shape that’s sleek and chunky at the same time. I don’t know if I’d get the same Blade Runner vibe if the creation had a different name, but it’s certainly there for me now.
A little bit of every LEGO
“This build features a bit of everything: modulex, duplo , fabuland and regular system bricks”… that really says enough about Pierre E Fieschi’s Sobani Battleship. Well almost enough, it’s also beautiful.
Western Trainset
In the past I’ve designed and made instructions for a Wild West playset as Christmas gifts to the community. This year the Spaghetti Western contest at Eurobricks encouraged me to build one for myself. I wanted it to look like a cool toy train that a kid might get for Christmas or a birthday. Hopefully I achieved what I set out to do.

Go back to Earth, humans
Abraham Calderon’s (aabbee 150) alien hard suit has a solid design with tasty dark turquoise and orange color accents. Bonus features include an alien pilot and working lights.
