  1. If you are searching for the perfect waste of time and money – look no further. This book has a very contrived plot. The characters are at best one dimensional. The Lego concept may lure some readers to the this title but most of them will be quickly turned off by the highly improbably storyline. Sidelines on each page provide further information about some of the terms that are used in this story but even this is more of a distraction than anything else. The vocabulary is very high for the intended audience. Use your money to buy actual legos that the kids can make up their own stories about. The story that an average 4year old can make up would be almost guaranteed to be better than this one is.

  3. Race for Survival.

I liked Race for Survival a lot. I particularly liked the rock monster part, but I liked the whole book. I think seven year olds would like this book. I’ve built with some of the LEGO characters like Axel. It’s a good book to read by yourself. Henry F.

  4. My son thoroughly enjoyed this book. He enjoyed the adventures of the Lego Men. I, as a mother and a Home School Teacher, loved the glossary in the back of the book for the various terms on Volcanos. Children can learn scientific words while reading this fictionous adventure. This book is great and it holds the attention of boys between the ages of 8-10; it is very difficult to find books for boys in this age range. My son is excited about getting the next Lego adventure book.
