A spectacular model to say the least. A terrific facade accompanied with an amazingly detailed interior. Be sure to check out the garage and prisoner cells too! Awesome job as usual Teddy. đ

Tower of Babel
Michal Herboltâs (gearcs) Tower of Babel is based on the ziggurat design. While the construction techniques are fairly standard, the scale is grand and imposing. Note the tiny staircases made using grill bricks.
1893 Block
1893 Block, originally uploaded by Mdrn~Mrvls.
My 1893 Block featuring a bank, door factory, and theater hall.
This building has been done for the better part of two weeks. Last weekend, I attempted taking pictures, but the lighting was terrible. So, this morning I adjusted the exposure level on my camera, which appeared to work quite well.
I hope you all enjoy it, and to view more photos head on over to Flickr!
Color attack!
The poor mime never saw it coming. Great job James Zhan (pirate_cat), this would go well with ThĂ©o’s greeble attack.
Contest: Find the 20 differences
The design of these buildings is just fantastic, and you certainly can’t go wrong with that dark green and dark red clashing together. Also make sure to visit the contest over at Flickr! Very cool
Raideen will save the world
Adrian Drake (Brickfrenzy) is bringing his colossal super robot Raideen to our Big in Japan display at BrickCon. I think it will look very nice standing next to Mark Sandlinâs Mazinger Z, both of which are based off the Teknomeka frame.
Definitely not a bored room
I usually steer clear of multi-coloured brick-because-itâs-in-fashion art and design but I have to confess this particular boardroom table caught my eye. Not only is it genuinely made entirely of real LEGO (22k pieces of it no less) but there is no glue involved and a bunch of cute details including the clientâs name.
As an added bonus the designers have included a 2-minute stop motion video of its creation down the bottom of the page.
And you thought actors could be moody.
Weâve all heard it, right? Actors declining roles for âcreative differencesââŠright. Creative differences. On the actorâs part? After this fantastic brickfilm from mobiledeli, Iâm personally more inclined to say it was the director with the issues. This one certainly has them.
Lego & Lyrics
Wihan (WhereverPanda) presents a gallery of *almost* black and white Lego photos inspired by song lyrics. Thereâs a sense of mystery and intrigue in each shot brought on by skillful lighting and framing. See them all on Flickr.
Thanks for the tip Keith Goldman!
